I have very many scars caused for dermatitis on my legs, the doc said 1 year they fade but its been like 3 yrs still the same, what can I do??? HELP

Derma E Scar gel will help reduce the appearance of scars. You can pick up a tub of it any most drug stores.

Also, I've had success with scar sheets, such as Neosporin scar solution sheets. I have small scars on my hands and wrists from a car accident and I was able to diminish the appearance of the cars with this product. I think the gel might be easier for you to use since you will be applying the product to your legs.
