AZ Extentionist?

Okay, I've done all my research and my elite gold weft are on the way along with gold bond glue. Here's my situation: I've been wearing a strand by strand and my hair is trashed. Some areas are so thin that I don't know if I will ever have normal density again. On top of that I have fine hair. I was thinking that I could do the gold bond or protac myself, possibly reinforced with the microrings, mainly because I don't know if I can trust anyone with my hair. Now I'm wondering it having it sewn in either with tracks or microrings, but because of my situation I'd want someone with a lot of experience. Any one have any suggestions? Thanks!
