   I've been gone for a while too... good to see you posting again.  :)
On previous posts a while ago I saw a girl use that and get good results on overall color.  It worked well for me going from a dark brown to light brown, but I used the 40.  You may only need the 30 since your hair is already light, but you would know better which vol to use and how your hair is.
