Can you share your oil regimens?

That sounds similar to mine.  Without the heat my shea stayed in little tiny pieces, but they get plenty of oil in them I guess, and they melt in my hands on the days when my hands are warm (on cold winter days sometimes I'm not warm enough to melt them very well!).  Heating them still probably makes them less messy to mix together than getting it all over an electric mixer though, I think I will still do it your way next time.
