It looks like she has layers in her hair. Is your hair wavy at all? It looks like she either has a slit wave or she curled it and put a product like a moose  in it.

Ok the second link worked for me.  It's obviously layered and has body to it.  Very slight wave.  It really depends on your hair texture whether or not you can get your hair to look like that.  For example, if your hair is heavy or very straight it won't have the lift and body like hers does.  You might take the pic to some stylists and ask if it's a possibility for your hair type.
