i have fine, straight hip length hair that i curl with those conair hot sticks....the problem is that the curls only stay in for about an hour..is there anything i can do to make them stay?(hair spray doesn't seem to work) ...would it be safe to use gel or some kind of setting lotion with the hot rollers?
