Quick yes/no question about Nexxus Emergencee

Will Nexxus Emergencee affect the color (as in fading faster or something) in hair that's been colored a couple of days ago?  I think (and hope) the answer is "no" but I just want to make sure.  The shampoo and conditioner I will use afterwards is good stuff for color treated hair.

i have used the emergencee on my color treated hair, nope no fading

I don't remember what is in the Emergencee but I have heard (and had confirmed by colorist) that products with protein really shouldn't be used after hair has been freshly colored because they WILL fade the hair. Something about the protein molecule pushing out the color molecule ... ???

Too late though.   However my hair was colored too dark, so maybe this time it was OK ....

I will definitely remember that for next time though.  

Sidenote:    I do LOVE what Emergencee does for my hair.  I haven't had many strands fall out at all ......... before I used it I would get ALOT (sometimes clumps) of hair falling out while 'pooing/rinsing.  Over the past 4 days I've gotten maybe 10 fallouts.  I don't feel like I'm losing my hair anymore!! Yay hair.

Yeah, I recently bought a bottle of that stuff. I only used it once so far but I really liked what it did for my hair! :)
