Right now, I'm using Pantene Pro-V shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo is oil based and doesn't strip your hair of its natural oils. The conditioner helps restore your hair's natural shine.
I don't use just any shampoo and/or conditioner. I lean toward ones designed for African-American hair types.

I use wavebuilders shampoo. The bottle looks like it'll give you instant waves so i bet alot of people brought it based on the way it was packaged. Its suppose to have proteins and amino acids in it so i guess my waves are on steroids. I dont use a conditioner regularly. Maybe once a month. Should I? Does it make a difference?

I brought the Wave Builder shampoo and it isn't all that. But, I would recommend using a conditioner more often.
