i am black but my hair is not (O.D)nappy it straight with some curls .it looks like it is down but you can see them up and when is geos down later it comes back up

Looks flat from the pics. Try some LJ, if that doesn't work use pomade.

if u use a pomade try 360 stylin when short and sprtin(black can) when long

At this point in your wave development, you should concern yourself, most, with developing a base 360 wave pattern.  This is achieved by brushing vigorously in the correct 360 manner. 
 
For wave neophytes, such as yourself, intense brushing is the number one solution to the majority of problems you'll face.  This includes your problems with your hair laying down.  Also, make sure that you wear a durag or wave cap when not brushing, if possible.
 
Products are secondary at this point.  Also, use the H2O method for better results.
