Reggaeton superstar, Daddy Yankee, has been hospitalized for acute viral syndrome and dehydration, while promoting his latest album. According to the artist's camp, he was exhausted after completing several promotional appearances related to his latest album, "The Cartel: The Big Boss," including spot dates, public appearances and in-stores. Due to his hospitalization, Daddy Yankee has cancelled all public appearances for at least a week while he recovers.
