What songs do y'all be listening to when you workout. Me personally.
Welcome To New York City- Song is just all energy. Hova brought his A game and Cam was still that dude then.
The Way I Am- I can't lie, if I'm working out and someone interrupts me I get pissed off. This captures that completely.
Put You On The Game- Songs beat is just bananas. I don't really care about the lyrics on this song. That beat puts you on the game.
The Champ- AYO Ghostface is just beastly on this track. You be feeling like you got something to prove listening to this.
Push It- Rick Ross is an amazing artist on songs when you can tell he is motivated. I can't even front I be on the treadmill pushing the air. TO THE LIMIT!
Ether- I'm that Ether baby. Simple as that.
After that it's just random songs but those songs are always blaring in my head when I'm lifting.

Mack Maine - Ride Wit Da Mack - I just like da beat
50 - Dont Push Me - *
Eminem - The Way I Am - *
Weezy & Juelz - Rubber Burner - This song got a nice constant beat. I can do 1 rep every beat
T.I. - What U Know - I just like the song. I dont have heavy weights 4 all the work outs I do, like curls. So I gotta do alot of reps in order 2 feel my workout. When I listen 2 dis I get caught up in song and dont realize I'm liftin until I can lift anymore.
Rick Ross - Push It - *
*= These songs kinda sound like a struggle, fight or strive 4 somethin. So it helps me get thru the strive 2 lift watever weight I'm liftin. Plus I just like gangsta sh*t.

I don't listen to any particular songs when I lift. As long as its rap/hip hop with heavy bass I'll listen to it.
Well there is one song. That Lil Wayne song "Tha Mobb". That was my inspiration when I was really tryina get big. I love that song! The bass be knockin and Wayne rips it man.
And when I got done liftin I would go run my 2 miles. That 50 Cent song "Hustlas Ambition" really kept me goin and pushed me to keep runnin, even though my muscles was sore as hell. Its somethin about that song though that just relaxes me when I'm runnin.
I feel you on that second song. It hits but I can't co-sign on the Lil Mumblemouth song. I be trying hard to see what people see in him but it's invisible to me.

Absolutely not. Theres such a thing as an educated opinion. That isn't one. Wayne isn't even in the top 25 of current rappers let alone all time.

He's not even in the top 5 for the south. Top 25 Current: Nas Jay Z Saigon MF DOOM MF Grim Ghostface Killah Eminem coming out soon so he in here The Game Little Brother T.I. Chamillionaire Mos Def Talib Kweli Papoose(I can't stand him but he got that following in Bedstuy ) Andre 3000 (He on the comeback) Big Boi( On the comeback as well) Ya Boy Fabolous Clipse Kanye West Lupe Fiasco Consequence Redman(new album was flames) Asheru Common
Top 5 South: Chamillionaire Devin The Dude Young Dro Big Kuntry T.I.
I can keep going. Thats all off the top of my head. Son puts in work and I can respect his hustle but son ain't as good as he's hyped up to be.

Nah man. MF Grimm put out the best album this decade and it was a double. Andre is consistently murdering track after track. Throw up a Wayne verse and Andre makes it look like Lip Gloss. Big Boi is the same as Andre. Redman ripped it on his recent album. Maybe he doesn't need to be on there but he can be replaced. Chamillionaire is the same as Redman except his mixtapes flame up Waynes and have them looking like Barbecue. Wayne is really a like him or not rapper. Theres no middle ground with him. Son was on my top 25 when Lights Out dropped but after that I couldn't dig him anymore. Wayne has yall in his palm with that best alive sh*t. Like I said Nas and Jay alone ether him right out of any best alive contention. Like Nas said Hip Hop ain't dead in the lyrical sense its dead in the commercial sense. When dudes like Wayne start to claim best and is considered its lost its grit.

I didn't know which one was which on which verse until my friend who's real deep into west coast music was talking about the octave difference and sh*t.

Lil Wayne is the best rapper alive. n**** is ill Take Out Andre 3000 Big Boi MF Grim Redman Chamillionaire They are def not top 25 material
You can take everyone else out of that except Cham. Chamillionaire is the truth and spits as sick if not sicker, and IMO makes a lot more damn sense than Wayne. Wayne's freestyles are sick though but Chamillionaire is on another level.
Cham is like the Supafresh - WHY n****S SLEEP ON HIM

The Game: 200bars (I do my 8min ab workout with that)
Nas: Memory Lane
Eminem: Guilty Conscious/The Way I am
Juelz & Weezy: Bad Side
50 Cent: In the Club, Window Shopper, Hustler's Ambition
Three-Six-Mafia: Poppin My Collar (they suck but that beat is hard)
Pac feat Bone Thugs: Untouchables
Pac: AmbitionZ Az a Rider
As for Weezy, I agree there is no middle with this dude. I hate how people sleep on real music its everywhere and Nas is right 100%. In the commercial sense Hip-Hop is dead anybody watch 106 lately the top-10 is filled with turds.
