Hello all!
A few weeks ago I posted a message on this board looking for help on my hair color disaster. I had three color look going (strawberry blonde, brassy blonde, and dark blonde...natural color) and it wasn't good. So, I took the advice to just go to a professional and have a color correction done. I just wanted to get back to my natural dark blonde color! Well, long story short, they matched a color to my roots, but what I ended up with was a medium to dark brown! I was so upset I just left the salon right  away and called them the next day to see if they could correct it, but they said they would have to charge me again! I had already spent money going to another stylist to fix the hair cut they botched, and I don't want to spend even more money to have someone screw up the color again! Is there anyway that I could help this color fade quickly!

I have already tried:

1. Baking soda and shampoo...didn't really work.
2. Clarifying shampoo...may take a while.
3. Dawn dish soap (upon the salons rec)...sort of lightened it to a med./light brown.

I am now looking at:
1. Lemon Juice and vinegar.
2. Lemon Juice and Egg.
3. Lemon juice and chamomile in the sun.

Any suggestions?
-Jocelyn

i  personally would tell them i wasn't satisfied with the color and ask for a refund, why pay for something if you r not happy with it?  they like to try to push people around but stick to your guns if your really not happy tell them...

i heard prell  is very good at fading colors from your hair, i seen it sold at places like food lion and walmart. i would use a good condtioner after wards to keep hair from drying out.

i would not use lemon juice, the acid really is to harsh for your poor hair and will cause more damage in the long run.
