Go to wireimage. Is it just me or does it look llike she cut it up to midback when it used to be down to her waist?
 
Sidenote: Didn't realize she got married back in May. Good for her.

     Obviously cut about 10". A bit disappointing, but at least it's not short! Confused

I haven't seen it myself yet. If Bob says she lost 10" then I guess she did lose some.
