Go to a philly barber. They have it at barber shops on the East Coast. It coats 5 dollars extra for somethin a good barber could do. It's for folk without enough hair to have sharp line-ups.

It says how to order it at the end of the vid. I thout it looked pretty dope, everything except tha $5 extra dollars a haircut.

i used that before when i had the short n neat cut back in my no waving days
 
but if i was to buy it i would only use it for special occasions
 
Plus that sh*t expensive buy a different cheaper type at sally's
