Try a Turkey sandwich....(turkey has a natural sedative). A hot shower will help too, or a glass of milk (warm or cold, but i think warm is better). Oh and the more ur on the computer, the harder it is to go to sleep b/c the brightness of the screen is tricking ur body, telling it is still time to be up. Kinda like the sun when it shines through ur window in the morning...real talk
