ok now to start with
 
1.put a big smile on ur face and yell " i'm happy and i know it i'm happy and i show it yayyyyy!!!"
2.think about  five things you love about your luscious hair lolz ( curls, unpredictable, bsl lengthTongue, soft, oh and did i mention curls lolz)
3.do 5 jumping jacks and with each one yell out one of the things listed above.
