"puffy"(?) hair

hi.
every time i wash my hair, it gets all "puffy", and in general not smooth, or whatever it is you call it.

Any special products I can use to solve this problem? I guess, it feels almost like i need
an anti-static of some sort :)

My friend has hair JUST like that, and believe me, she complains about it literally every day! (Note: see "puff monster" in general hair talk) Sometimes when its not going to rain, she straightens it at night, and its still flat and smooth in the morning. Also, you can spray your hairbrush with a small amount of hairspray, and that keeps the frizz down.
