Ice on acne helps a lot. I find this helpful. Apply Ice for about 20 minutes then wait a few hours and apply again. After a few times it should have shriveled down a bit. Way helpful.

LOL @ the cinemax porn LOL. I'm up all night. the only time I get sleep is when i'm at school LOL. I sleep thru every class at school except gym. I know it sounds bad but I make sure I do all of my work...........eventually LOL. They dont b tellin me nothin I dont know already anyway. I got a 22 on my ACT without 5 mins worth of studyin. I'm takin it over in October tho, The higher the score, the more scholarship money. And yes i'm studyin this time LOL. I'll let yall know when I get my 36 in November cheer

After you wash your face rub it down with ice it closes your pores. Warm water opens your pores - so your body can sweat and cool - cold water closes your pores - to retain heat.

Closing your pores leaving them less vulnerable to bacteria etc etc.
