Pre-censorship is what the objective is. Pre-censorship represses the artist b4 he/she even creates something....or better yet it squelches their original process. An artists in precensorship creates to stay beneath the radar.
As far as I am concerned the majority of journalism , broadcast or print is hella Violent, and full of gratuatist violence a lot of , distruction and mayhem................
