I`ve always wondered - is it possible to get a layered cut permed only at the ends so that they curl under? I`m considering cutting my waist-long stick-straight hair again to right above the shoulder blades and getting chunkier layers .. but I`d really love to be able to have them permed under like that. Any answers/suggestions?! Thanks a bunch!!
