Try to do a search on Craigslist.com or even post a request. You could also do a search on yellow pages or maybe there is a forum member who has good experience with somebody in your region.
Good luck Smile

Call around and check craigslist for stylists in your area. Check your local Pennysaver.

A good place to look is your local beauty supply store.  Especially one that sells hair.

Craigslist is really good. I still dont think that you need the same person that does the install to do the color. It would be nice for convienience sake but its human hair wefts and virgin human hair at that so any stylist who has worked with color will be able to do both the wefts and your hair to match and then go get the install done. Once the install is done, if you still would like the highlights, probably you could even just go back to whoever colored the wefts initially and have them do it post install.

Im just saying in case you cant find someone that is qualified in both areas.
