I don't have Telemundo on my cable TV, but when I saw this blonde, Grecia Colmenares, in a Getty Images photo, I did a Google search. Here's what she used to look like:
 
 
And here's how she looked on August 18, 2007:
 
 
Obviously, this change could have happened years ago. The only Getty photos show her as a blonde:

I'm not a big fan of everyone going blonde. I think she looked much better brunette

unless you take very good care of your hair, blonde is hard to take care of and most of the time looks unnatural
