I have it. I love it. It gives your hair some style with out too much layer!

I agree. Very flexible and allows you to keep some length but yet style the hair in different ways. When I get bored with my straight long hair I have them cut just one angle around my hairline and then I can play with feathering it back or forward and still keeping my length. Yes, I do have to grow it out but it helps to give me a new look from time to time.
