Need help with hair!! I got the human hair from Sally's and had it sewn in but it matts and only stays in for a few weeks. I am wanting perment extenstions in and would appreciate any advice. I am loosing my own hair due to Black Mold Exposure and I sew the extenstions in myself now as the cost was too much. I live between Charlottesville and Roanoke.
Thanks

Do you still want to do your own sew-ins, are you pleased with the results the coverage? Or are you looking for different options? Would you be willing to post a pic of your hair so we can help you find the best solution for you?

No I really don't want to do my own hair I want permenant hair. I don't have much hair, just frizzy all kinds of layered mess that comes out in handfuls everyday. Its barely past my neckline now.

What do you mean by permanent hair? There's no such thing unless you plan on getting hair implanted into your scalp. Now, I know of to methods that "claim" to be permanent, micropoint and microillusion. From what I can recall this is what micropoints are:
Microillusions are like the beginning of tiny pinchbraids but "braided" only about a 1/4 of an inch down and then wrapped (by some stylists) to conceal the braid.http://talk.hairboutique.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=53216&KW=microillusion
That being said, if your hair is coming out in clumps I don't think you'll be able to wear most types of extensions including the ones above, you may want to try a lacefront wig. They're very natural looking and won't put addition stress on your delicate hair. http://rupunzelshairboutique.com/full-remy-lace-front-wig.html
