u shuld never brush if your hair is low and straight and cant curl yet? i mean shuld i wait till about 2 weeks

I have to strongly disagree wit this. Why? all that brushin while ur hair is still short and straight is trainin' ur hair and potential curls to grow forward instead of upwards.
 
If u start brushin ur hair when its high, the waves won't be that deep because u'll have untrained hair under those waves and odds are they will be messy and criss crossed because ur hair will be harder to manage when its long so ur waves will come in crooked as hell.

i say to brush with a low cut to because it will help train your hair and in my opinion it will do it better than starting from 2 weeks and will also be easier to control

you can always brush it will be harder to turn nappy grown head into waves if you don't brush
