I can bench 225 1 time. I havent tried it in a lil over a month. It might've increased 5 lbs or dropped 10 IDK. I had a lil help from my spotter tho. I got it halfway up and started strugglin so he gave the bar a few taps upward. Dont know how much it helped. April my max was 190 tho. I did that all on my own.

I can benh 225 4times and that was from Friday. I know for damn sure I cant lift that dolo, I had a spotter too. Without a spotter I can lift 205 7times. My teacher is trying to get me to lift 275by the time weightroom is over..I hope so weightlifting is only STATE OF MIND.
 
@ Skrilla....Go to the gym or The Y or add weight lifting if your school offers it.

The most I benched was 240 but barely did it. I did it about 3 times and my arms started hurting like sh*t I'm about to try it again

yea, i saw that video last night. That's my ideal size i don't wanna be any bigger than that).
 
On the downside; yesterday i realized that i ran out of food and drinks so i actually had tuna sandwiches (12 of em!) and coffee for lunch and dinner. Gotta go shopping today!

Tuna sandwiches are good it is healthy and contains alot of protein you are going to have to train hard though to utilize that protein.

Sounds good if I add a tbs of cod liver oil to my already huge protein foodsthen ill be straight. Im definitely gonna cop some.
