damn! yo sleep, wats ya stats man...wat are u liftin?? oh yea, how tall are yall? im 6' sumthin and 172...im in trouble cuz i weigh alot! i been liftin a month and a half, and i guess its been my eatin maybe..i was 167 not too long ago and im that now! before i was poor as fuq and eatin once a day or every 2 but now like 4-5 smalls ones a day(and i watch what i eat).

Lol your kiddin right? Thats light, I'm 5'8" 182pounds of beefy man meat, if your weight isn't proportioned properly then thats another story. For example most of my weight is in my legs, but I squat 360 and legpress 540.

u dont weigh a lot at all. especially since u over 6 feet.

Thanks ced and jkid3. I'm 5'10 140. i've been out of protein powder 4 a long time so i'm eager 2 pick some up and c how much mass i can add on. I max out at 225 benchin and 280 squattin. I really need 2 get my squat up and i wanna add more 2 my bench. My goal was 2 get 2 225, but i'm never satisfied lol. especially since workin out has become a big part in my life now.

man what the fuc man...whats worse then rollin to the gym and findin out they closed early cuz of spring break?? man im pissed!! i hate missing workouts and ima be in a sh*tty mood all day..i go my college's gym cuz its free. all my friends turned me down about working out at their gyms where they live so im screwed..FUCQ!

Damn I know how u feel. I missed plenty of workout days due 2 gym closings ir me not having time 2 go. I'm glad my parents surprised me wit my sh*t dis christmas. Now I workout at da crib.

yo.....lol, as it happened my right-hand homie let me in ballys as a guest and i got it in! that was cool as shyt..im on my shyt and i threw up 115 today(yesterday) on tha bench for reps, dun know my max. i should post an update in a week or 2.

yall have any issues wit gettin tired of eatin da same ish ova n ova? my diet is good but Man its getting old!

I have tree trunks for legs my upper body is pretty well developed everybody in my family on my moms side of the family has a wide chest and I inherited that trait so I'm pretty stacked, I'm still workin towards gettin a 6 pack though thats going to be hard nobody in my family has a 6 pack even the real bony ones.. One of these days I'm a have one of my hos take my picture for me so I can up it to myspace or something .

These are great lifts especially at 140.  Its a good thing at least that you bench well over your bodyweight,  and that you at least squat more than you bench.

Bullsh*t unless you got a vid of yourself doin it.. cuz most professional ATHLETES (Football players,basketballplayers,ect) don't bench those numbers so its pretty unlikely some du' on a forum can get that up with ANY type of decent form. LOL

I aint tryin to start sh*t I'm new here and I think this is a great thread, but atleast post ya real lifts.. (My stats in sig)

Not true I never weight more than 150 and hit 255 on bench.

255 Pounds is at least believable.. but 300 pounds for 20 reps.. some of yall should roll to a state power lifting meet with those lifts Wacko

I think u talkin bout j-kid. If so he didnt say he could lift 300 lbs 4 20 reps. he said thats his goal.

I Bench 170 lbs for 8 reps and i squat 205 for 8 reps. the amount of weight goes up and down dependin on how i feel that day. sometimes i feel like superman and other days i feel..........well u kno lol
