Hi.
Could someone tell me the difference between a conditioner and a creme rinse? Here I am 34 years old and I still don`t know the difference. And, which is better for the hair? My hair is straight and healthy.

a creme rinse is like a detangler- it restores the natural ph of your hair, makes it easier to comb out etc. while a conditioner is usually more intense. quite often you can get great results by conditioning then following with a cream rinse!
