I soak my wave cap in hot water and then i ring it till its moist. So yeah, i damp my wavecaps. This leaves my hair layed down like wow.

I use cash meth. i spray my durag and wave cap wit water. Dont kno if it does anything tho. But i do it anyways.

I love it.....it wokrs especially well if u have pomade in ur hair & brush a bit den do dat.....1 it lays it down more & helps spread evenly throught ur scalp...so when ur head durag-wavecaps ect. dries u take em off & ur waves stay fresh/
