Try using a bit of styling wax/pomade on the ends (not too much or it can get greeeeeeeeasy!) You could also put some straightening/light hold gel on the ends then blow dry.

do you it let dry naturally or do you use a dryer? Hair almost always behaves better when you dry it manually and finish with a cool shot, if your dryer has that feature. Is your hair dry on the ends? It sounds like it might be, and that can make your hair puffier and frizzy. Perhaps an intensive conditioner just on the ends would help? I`ve got all-over wavy hair and with a little time, energy and products I can get it stick straight.
