You can also email the Webmaster at webmaster@hairboutique.com.  If all else fails, you can email customercare@hairboutique.com or info@hairboutique.com and you can call the toll free HB line at 1-866-469-4247 and leave a message explaining the problem and asking for someone to call you back. 
 
Of course you can PM me as well.
