From highlights to uniform blonde color.

Hi!
 
I have a problem for sometimes now and i could REALLY use your helps girls! :-)
 
A few months ago i wanted to turn my dark brown hair blonde and since i knew it would involve bleaching it, i went to the salon.
There, i was advised to get highlights on my hair so i would not destroy it, and gradually turn blonde, which i did and it turned out fine (this time...)
 
Second time i went there for the roots, i REALLY don't know what they did and i lost a LOT of hair in the prossess...
They used the cap and i have the impression that they bleached on top of the already bleached hair, so the hair that was already chemically prossessed simply fell off...
 
You can imagine what followed and how i feel now, so i will not bother you with details...
 
I have now decided to do my bleaching (only the roots) on my own and beside the stress it involves, everything is going great BUT... i now, as you can imagine) have a signle color on the root growth (bleached) and the rest of my hair is highlighted a different color(s)!!!
The result is that i have 4 differnt shades of blonde in my hair!!!
 
How can i get a uniform blonde color in all my hair without bleaching the highlighted part further??
And what can i do to get rid of the golden bleached roots??
 
I would SO appreciate your advise and i will also try to take and upload pictures for you if it is needed!!

It's not going to get uniform blonde without bleaching further.  You can bleach the darker parts of the hair below the roots until it's lighter.  Only choose the pieces that are visible when you style your hair, not all the hair.  Eventually as you bleach the roots and tone them the hair will look one uniform color.  This will take time though. 
 
 
Also, the golden bleached roots need to be bleached again.  If you want plat blonde you have to bleach till pale yellow, inside of a banana, then tone.  By the way hair can usually take up to three bleachings before it breaks off, unless of course it's already light the first time, then don't bleach it again.

You could try color refreshing.
 
This is what I always did when I had too many uneven tones and didnt want to color all over.
I just colored my roots like always,then the last remaining 5 minutes,I pulled the color all the way through to the ends and lathered real good.It really helps even out and refresh color,and since it is on the ends only a very short time it doesnt really damage much.
I did this when I had highlights before and the color became uniform after a few times of doing this.

I am going through a similar promblem, wondering if I can get the not as light blonde pieces to match the light ones to create a uniform color.  Any more help on this topic would be awesome!
