Ok, to make a long story short, this girl gave me a letter and it said for me to call her. When I did, her dad answered the phone, and it went a little like this
 
"Hello, may I please speak to Patriqua?"
"Yea, um, who is this?"
"Hamilton Thomas"
(In a muffled voice as if serching for her to talk to her)"She's not allowed to talk to boys on the phone"
"Excuse me?"    (I didn't hear him)
(In a slow voice like im retarted) I SAID she's not ALOUD to talk to BOYS on the PHONE"
"Well, I'm sorry"
"Aight"
"Bye"
"Bye"
 
What am I supposed to do? Im younger than most of the guys on this site (only 13) but it seems as if we can only talk through letters or while changing classes. Or I could get her to come outside, but them thats only once a week if I go, because she lives on the other side of town. Sorry for posting such a long post, but I really need you guys' help on this one.

Not tellin u 2 push her 2 do it, but c if she can call u sometimes if she's willing. Not much I can think of since yall 13

I dont think she can even get on the phone to talk to boys for anything. Im gonna ask her if she has a myspace, and then maybe talk to her on that. But its not looking too good.....Me and her cousin are really good friends, so maybe that could help me out a little. She was callin me her husband, that im sexy, and shes not afraid of affection in public. All of these are good signs, but I guess I'll have to stick it out and see where this goes......

Why did she give you her number if you were not suppose to call??? Let her call you or talk to her on aim or yahoo. Does she have a cell??? Do you like her??? See if you can kick it with her at the rink or go bowling or just go eating.
