whats colour oops, is it colour stripper?

Filler i think is just something to even out the hair porosity and tone

Cost me a fortune in shipping cos you cant get it in the UK, but it really does work!! - it stinks but it works! Wink
 
 
In the instructions it says that hair will be come more porous after application and to use a filler on the hair befre re-colouring it. What is this?
