I dont like it either on her...or maybe it's just the pic with no make up on,makes her look washed out.

I agree, I think it could be good, but with no makeup on and an unwashed face just sets it up for failure.

She is so pretty with the brown hair and blonde highlights. This color does nothing for her.

Jessica looks good blonde but I think it's all about the shade she chose. The shade in the picture doesn't suit her. She looks better with a warmer blonde with some lowlights. Maybe she needs a bit of tan to complement ultra pale hair.
