Upon further review I remain split.  It looks incredible in half the pictures, horrendous in the other half. 
 
Bangs are sure back in a big way. I can't believe how many people are going for that look.  It seems like just a bit ago that the Nellie Furtado bangs craze came, then went, now its back again.

I didn't know Rachel could get any more adorable. I loved her without bangs. I love her even more with them. Of course, it's all a matter of taste. I think her bangs are perfect.

Shorter or maybe less heavy and they would look better - IMO

I don't like the bangs on her! It overwhelms her delicate face. I like it when she has no bangs or at least layered long locks on side of her face. I don't like the color either. She looks best dark brown but she can get away with ashy light brown. I guess she is tired of her dark look which I do understand.

Please, that is a wig.  Look at the part at the top of the bangs...definately, and the caption said it was on the set of a movie...
