I need a hairstyle that will get a guys attention. my hair is brown slightly wavy. a good few inches past my collar bone in layers. Any ideas?

haaaaa..do what YOU want to your hair so YOU are happy with it, but if you want thier attenion. shave it all off =]. that'll get some looks.
