Ok I'm freaking out cause my Dermatologist said to go to American Laser Center in Manhattan for my stretch marks I have an appointment @ 6:30. All the videos i have seen of the procedure being preformed was on fair skinned woman or just white women all together. I'm soooo scared that there going to mess up and make my situation worse.
So here is my question for my BF's out there:
1. Do you think that they are going to tell me the truth? That I'm not a good candidate for the procedure or lie to get my money?

that's true all laser's are not for women of color b/c they can change your pigmentation, but there are a few that can.. the vela shape might help your situation and its a laser but its also like Elos technology uses a state-of-the-art combination of radio frequency energy and infrared light to stimulate your body’s metabolism. Suction skin rollers are added to smooth skin and help provide for an even dispersal of energy. The effect of VelaShape is like combining the best aspects of Endermologie with LipoDissolve. VelaShape can help contour and shape your body, while providing smoother, tighter skin and reduced cellulite.
but i think that the fraxel laser would be best for stretch marks and for women of color b/c i know of a brown skin woman that used it for acne scarring and her skin looks beautiful now and its also used for stretch marks.. Fraxel Laser Treatments for stretch marks. Fraxel Laser Treatments are best known as a revolutionary non-invasive procedure approved by the FDA for wrinkles, acne scarring and skin discoloration.

Thanks. That is what I was wanting to look into the Brazilian butt lift. I don't want any implants. I am going to research some more Dr's in CR and see what I come up with. There is one in Tijuana that a lot of people are raving at and I hear his prices are good, but I also like the idea of going to CR for a nice get away. Thanks ladies you all are truly the best!

We don't offer the buttocks augmentation procedure, we perform the fat grafting procedure for buttocks augmentation: First we have to liposuction in areas we consider you have the best fat. (For example the abdomen-hips and waist area) to harvest the fat and place it into the buttocks; cost of the liposuction in the areas needed and buttocks fat grafting is $3500.
You must know that up to 30-40% of the fat might get reabsorbed by the body; If we are able to harvest enough fat to store; then you have an option of a 2nd session within a 14 month period; cost for the 2nd session is $300.
You all are really on point. Thanks so much for that info. I am a little confused though We don't offer the buttocks augmentation procedure, we perform the fat grafting procedure for buttocks augmentation" So when he said not offering the buttocks augmentation is that to mean implants.. I don't want any of those.
That is a great price, like I said the guy in Miami charges 14k going up to 18k. I ain't balling like that and I am not willing to take out a loan for that. I got to feed.
Those that are getting responses back are you just emailing them through the link on the website?
actually this procedure is called the brazilian butt lift, which is different from buttocks augmentation those are implants.. the brazilian is your own fat from lipo which i would prefer that as opposed the the buttock augmentation..

this is another site that has them and they use to have a listing of stores where they can be purchased, they might be a little more expensive than walgreens, but just in case so you can at least find them;

Where do I get the silicon sheets
TIA
I didn't have any scarring problems with my breast reduction/lift
I do have a visible scar from the tummy tuck, which I think was my fault. I did not take care of the scar the way that I should have from the beginning. I was sooooo happy with the flat stomach that I did not pay attention to the scar. I am trying to fade the scar now with every scar reduction cream/oil available
believe it or not silicon sheets work on old scars and new one's.. so you could still use that to make it lay flat.. but to fade it you can use dermarest a cream at walgreens and it really does help to fade the scars even now..you can find both at walgreens

walgreens has some, they will flatten the scar sometimes there's a discoloration vit K cream Vita K which they sell also the spider vein one is the best can help that.. to fade the scar once its flatten dermarest at walgreens also..

You moved your date up I see. Congratulations!!! I am really feeling those prices for the veneers. I was in a car accident several years ago and and had to get my front 2 teeth replaced with veneers but I am not satisfied. I may have to add that to my CR package.
Thanks ladies for all the info you have placed. I am looking into getting some fat grafting (Brazilian Butt procedure). I have only heard of 2 Dr's that everyone is raving about on MMH. Dr. Fuentes in Tijuana and Dr M in Miami FL. Dr. M's prices are off the chain $18k. I have a very good foundation to work from (meaning my shape) and can't see paying that for him to resculpture my sagging butt.
Do any of you know if the Dr's in CR are doing these procedures and the price they run? Just curious. I will try emailing a couple of them to see.
I want breast lift and fat grafting for my bootay:-) The pictures I have seen on MMH are mind blowing, I want in on some of that.
Has anyone on here gotten the fat grafting done?

Thanks Sexi, I think I'll wait until I have kids, because I don't to do them twice, I'm already scared, I have always wanted to do it but I always tell myself that something bad's gonna happen. But seeing that so many people have tried it, I'll just keep doing my research, so that when I'm ready I make the right decision.
