yea i lift mostly during indoor and outdoor track season, at least 3 days a week if i can. Im at 205 tryna get to atleast 215 by the end of my senior year next season.
every weekend i go to the gym to play basketball, and there is a weight room right next to it. and some times we got to the YMCA down the street so every now and then
