Anyway...I just saw an Oprah show with Dr. Oz on it where he was talking about water intake. He said that there is new studies showing it's not necessary to drink 8 glasses of water. Supposedly it does nothing special for you. Of course, if you're exercising, you need to drink more water, but you don't have to force it. I must say that, personally, I have worked out regularly for 20 years and it's never felt right to drink 8 cups of water in a day! I hate that bloated feeling. I just drink it when I'm thirsty as well as before and after my workout.

It probably doesn't have humungous health benefits but I've started drinking about 3/4 litres of water every day to aid my diet, and I can tell you that not only is my skin feeling and looking amazing, I feel much less sluggish throughout the day. So the water drinking thing is for me and is is a habit I will to continue!

Drinking water is one of the biggest parts when it comes to weight lost. I buy my bottle water from Wal-Mart. It is the one that says Sam's choice Purified drinking water. It comes in a 24 pack of 20 oz bottle water for no more than $4.00. This is a great deal. In the mornings I drink one bottle while working out and then I take three more bottles to work. When I get home I drink one more bottle of water. I’m getting 100 ounces of water a day.

Check out the calculator to see what your water intake should be:

Below is a link to help you find out your body type. They also have a quiz that you can take to help you find out.

Check out this link too:

I am a Endomorph...Everything that is said is me all day long. I do have small wrists and ankles.. I guess that is why the fat goes everywhere else..LOL

Endomorph

The Endomorph is physically quite 'round', and is typified as the 'barrel of fun' person. They tend to have:

  • Wide hips and narrow shoulders, which makes them rather pear-shaped.
  • Quite a lot of fat spread across the body, including upper arms and thighs.
  • They have quite slim ankles and wrists, which only serves to accentuate the fatter other parts.

Psychologically, the endomorph is:

  • Sociable
  • Fun-loving
  • Love of food
  • Tolerant
  • Even-tempered
  • Good humored
  • Relaxed
  • With a love of comfort
  • And has a need for affection

Hey you guys. I joined 50millionpounds.com today and they have a cool feature where you can create a team for women like you. I am going to start a Lace Front Divas/Fashionistas team and I think there may be some kind of prize or incentive for the top teams that lose the most weight. I think it would be something fun for all of us to do and keep each other motivated.
