bull job: is there such a thing?

The other day, I remembered a conversation I had had with a friend when I was in
grade 9 and he still in grade 8 at our middle school. He told me that one of our
teachers had gotten a "bull job" - that is, like, a big perm and cut relatively short -
say, a bob version of "mall hair." Is this hairstyle really called a bull job and if so,
why, anyone know?
