The role of the ISG is to respond effectively to all Internet-sourced vehicle inquiries that come to the dealership via email, the Compass tool or in-bound phone calls on a dedicated Internet phone line. Their goal is to generate a response, set an appointment, meet with and sell a new or used vehicle to this customer while achieving acceptable levels of gross and customer delight with their experience.

Required Experience: Ideal candidates will have:

2 or more years sales experience

Required Education: Requirements: We do require that all candidates complete a Hair Follicle Drug Test, a Criminal Background Check and have a valid Texas Drivers License
