Put in some work with the brush. Medium then softy for the first weeks of wolfing then hard then medium in the later weeks. Moisturize amply and if you do H20 use a moisturizer afterwards to stop breakage.

..Stats..
- Weight - 170
- Bench Press - 170 pounds for 2 reps
- 17 Bodyweight pull ups -
- Bicep Curls - 45 Pound Dumbells 5 rep
