Kate has had it cut to her chin and is now wearing a real bob.

I've always loved her with long hair but, this isn't a bad change.I like the color too!

She's had this for a while now, as current episodes of Private Practice show it looking this way. I don't mind the length necessarily, but this flat, straight, unlayered style seems very bland, and emphasizes her long face. Makes me wonder why she'd cut it just to go to this style.

I have seen it with waves and a little more volume, and it does look much better. I think sideswept bangs would really help too.
