Hey I know I should be in the male hair section but I'm not sure how many people actually read that. I am growing my hair out to do the double pony tail like david becham but my hair is very thick and coarse, not to mention very frizzy when dry or when im working out. What would be the best products to use to give me very healthy looking and soft hair. I currently use paul mitchell awiphoi (best spelling i can do) but what else should I use. I like leave in conditioners as well.
Any help would be great

Thanks

I've worn my fine hair almost to my waist. I really needed conditioning, especially toward the ends. I only wash my hair about twice per week. Don't skimp on products. I use either Nexxus or Pantene Pro-V shampoo, then  conditioner, followed by a leave-in conditioner (I use Infusium 23). Every 3-4 washes, I use a deep conditioner.

Also, be super careful with combing, brushing and pony holders. Only use the soft felt-like bands, not rubber bands or tight elastics. I never use dryers or any heat gadgets. I just let it dry on it's own, fingering it gently now and then to detangle. Use a really wide comb and work your way to a finer one. Comb gradually from the bottom-up. If it needs a little shape, I'm not beyond winding in a few big velcro rollers, but I just leave them in for a little while (maybe 15-20 mins.).
