A. J. Cook (Jennifer Jareau on CBS's "Criminal Minds") cut about 7-8"
off her blonde locks; her hair now just grazes her shoulders.
Cast photo on CBS shows her before the cut; Getty images has pix of the
shorter 'do.
Two episodes aired last night (4/22), showing her before and after the cut. It wasn't part of the story line.
IMO, a little better before the cut. But she is one of the few
actresses who can pull off the much-maligned center part and make it
look pretty good.

I vote strongly for the "before" picture, and again wonder why shoulder-length seems to require straight and bland, and in this case, a bit severe. If I couldn't see where her hairline meets her head, might even wonder if it's a wig.
The longer version with that side-parted wavy style looks much more soft, feminine, and alluring to me. This new one, not so much.

I personaly like the blunt right after the cut look, but in the newer episodes its curlued under for a less "severe" look. I like how its slghtly angeled foward for a shoulder skimming style with lots of movement.

Looks like it's all hers; there's been enough time for it to grow to that length. BTW, I think it looks much better than that disaster back in the Spring.
I still think the Wireimage pic from April with the long, soft waves is the best, but I'll take the soft, playful bangs and longer length over the center-parted blunt cut any day!

I like the softer look the before one also. Well lets see where she goes.
