Oddly, this looks to me like a "before" picture, as in: Hey, Mr. Stylist, my bob grew out and my bangs are too long, can you cut everything back for me?"

As an "after" picture, I don't know, it just doesn't do much for me. Looks like it's not quite anything in particular.
