Go with a hi lift colour in a beige shade, and use only 1.5 % of developer as your only wanting to tone, not lift any colour.

If you have new root regrowth, you will have to lighten this first.

I am wanting to tone down my white blonde hair to go to a nice shade of honey blonde, what is the best way to go about?? My hair turns orange easy..
