I'm not sure if this is the place to post this but I am considering getting my hair cut like this picture but am not sure how I would go about recreating this particular look with the volume on top and seperated layers. My hair is somewhat fine and I believe the layers will help with the volume aspect but would this be a place for velcro rollers? I've heard lots of people having luck with those.

A few hot rollers would also probably work as well.

do you know of any "idiots guide to..." type links? I have no talent with hair...but I love my hair so its very frustrating!

I don't get it: Isn't this a long hair support section? It's not a "support my decision to cut my hair" section.

Kramer, (1) we don't even know how long her hair is now, for all we know she might be trimming half an inch from existing layers, (2) by most standards, the picture linked is of long hair, (3) HairBoutique wants to support people in their own decisions.
