Hey,
Basically I want to grow my hair like the guy on the left:

Does anyone have any tips on how to do so? When I use shampoo it makes me look like an idiot lol, Anyone have any advice on better hair products to use? Ive heard just use conditioner, would that not do damgae to my hair by using that only?

How do I get the wavy/scruffy look?
